Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

How do I apply for Canada PR?

Most skilled applicants use Express Entry or a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). We assess your CRS score, plan language and credential steps, create your profile and manage the application after an invitation.

What is a CRS score and how can I improve it?

The Comprehensive Ranking System ranks Express Entry candidates on age, education, language, experience and other factors. Higher test scores, extra work experience, French, a provincial nomination or a spouse's credentials can all raise it. We build a personalised improvement plan.

Can I get Canada PR without a job offer?

Yes. Many Express Entry and PNP streams do not need a job offer if you meet the points, occupation and language requirements. We'll confirm which apply to you in a free assessment.

What is the difference between Australia's 189 and 190 visas?

Subclass 189 is points-tested skilled migration with no nomination. Subclass 190 requires a state or territory nomination, which adds points and usually comes with a commitment to live in that state for a period.

What documents are usually needed for PR?

Passport, language test results, educational credential or skills assessment, work-experience letters, proof of funds, police clearances and medicals. You'll get a personalised checklist for your exact programme.

Which country is best for studying abroad?

It depends on your course, budget and long-term plans. Canada and Australia combine study with clear routes to work and PR, the UK offers shorter degrees and a Graduate Route, and Germany has low or no public tuition.

Can I work while I study?

Most major study destinations allow part-time work during term and full-time work during scheduled breaks, subject to current limits. We brief you on the rules for your country before you travel.

Do you help with scholarships and education loans?

Yes. We shortlist scholarships you're eligible for, help with essays and connect you with education-loan partners for financial documentation.

What is a skilled worker visa?

It lets qualified professionals work abroad, usually with an employer sponsor. Routes include Canada's LMIA-based permits, the UK Skilled Worker visa, Australia's employer-sponsored visas and New Zealand's accredited-employer visa.

Do nurses and healthcare workers qualify?

Yes. Healthcare professionals are in demand in Canada, Australia, the UK, Ireland and New Zealand, with dedicated draws and routes. We have deep experience with nursing registration and healthcare applications.

Can my spouse work if I move on a work visa?

In many cases, yes. Spouses can often get an open or dependant work permit linked to your visa. We include your family in the plan from day one.

Can I bring my family on a dependent visa?

Usually, yes. Spouses, partners and dependent children can often join a primary visa holder in Canada, Australia, the UK and New Zealand. Eligibility depends on the visa and the country.

What is the Canada Super Visa?

It allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents to visit for up to five years per entry. The host must meet an income requirement and the visitor needs qualifying medical insurance.

How long does a visit visa take?

It varies by country and season. Schengen and UK visit visas are often decided within a few weeks; Canada, USA and Australia can take longer. Apply early and with complete documents. We'll give you a realistic estimate.

Can I reapply after a visa refusal?

Yes. We review the refusal reasons, fix the gaps and build a stronger application. Many refusals come down to documentation that can be corrected.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. Your first consultation and eligibility assessment are free and carry no obligation.

Can I consult you online from another city or country?

Absolutely. We offer video consultations and secure digital document submission for clients anywhere in the world.

Do you guarantee a visa?

No honest consultant can guarantee a visa; decisions belong to the immigration authorities. What we guarantee is accurate advice, complete and compliant applications and transparent communication throughout.

Are your fees transparent?

Yes. You receive a written quote covering our professional fees and the government, test and third-party costs you should expect. There are no hidden charges.
